Here is the list of items you can get by defeating Colossi in Time Attack mode. There are 8 on Normal and 8 on Hard, and you gain one for every two Colossi defeat. You can then use them in the game, but not in Time Attack. To do this, simply choose them in the menu by pausing during the game.
