Game Over Mania introduces you to the Attack guide in Clash of Clans. Launched in 2012, the game is today one of the most popular on Android or iOS. Simplified but relatively complete strategy game, the game asks you to create your base, defend it and attack other bases.

The Attack guide in Clash of Clans
Basic Analysis
In general, any good attack must start with a good analysis of the opponent's base.
When the game gives you a base to invade, you don't have to go! You have 30 seconds to decide, and you can return home by clicking on the bottom left “End Battle” or go to the next base by clicking “Next” at the bottom right.
How to analyze a database in 30 seconds? Here are some points to check systematically to optimize your attack:
- If you farm, locate the reserves and their protections. Look at the top left for the loot from the Gold and Elixir base. If it's not worth it, move on to the next one!
- If you are hunting trophies, locate the Town Hall (HdV) and its protections. If you are on a farm base, the HoS is often outdoors and poorly protected.
- Is there a mistake in the defense? A tank outside the gun range? a hole in the no-spawn area right in the middle of the base, or near the mortar?
- Check the levels of the opponent's weapons / ramparts. If it has a level 4 wall when you don't have anything above level 2, it's not even worth trying ...
- Check the angles of the map! often players put some buildings there to prevent you from having 3 stars. I even saw players hiding reserves there ...

Launch the offensive
It is not enough to let go of all your troops at once and wait! Be vigilant and reactive! And remember that all deployed soldiers will be lost at the end of the mission.
- Beware of too easy entrances: A wide opening in a rampart will automatically attract your characters but is often full of traps! To clean that up, send soldiers 1 by 1.
- Do not launch all your soldiers at once! Otherwise they will clump together against a target and mortar fire will kill them all. Make small groups that you launch successively.
- Open several fronts! For example, occupy the cannons on a first group and send a second directly to the cannons or reserves that interest you.
- Use the wall breakers! These suicidal goblins make real holes in the ramparts which allows you to launch your soldiers into the heart of the base.
- No need to destroy everything, the victory is yours if you destroy the HO or achieve at least 50% damage.
